My current roommate is moving out and I'm looking to find another roommate for the second bedroom in my apartment. The bathroom, kitchen and living room will be shared spaces. The apartment is a renovated warehouse with tall ceilings, original wood floors, exposed duct work and huge windows. There is a washer and dryer in the apartment. A full gym downstairs and a roof top deck. All utilities and internet are included in the price. I am a 42 year old female and work a lot of hours. I do not want any drugs in my home and like my peace. Im really open minded, laid back and easy to get along with and appreciate full communication.
