Im looking to find someone to sublet my room and take over my portion of the lease. The lease ends in August. You will have the option to renew the lease at that time.

The room you’ll be taking over is located upstairs. It has a shared bathroom and decent closet size. I’ve gotten most my stuff out, but you can see how two twin beds and a desk fit in it.

There are 3 guys that live here with me now. 2 of them work full time. The room has a shared bathroom connecting to the other roommate. The family room is fully furnished and welcoming.
