Furnished bedroom in a two bedroom home. One shared bathroom.
Lease is 6 months initially, to be extended if we both agree. This gives us both an easy out if we aren't compatible.

- Well furnished home and bedroom.

- Large laundry / utility room.
- Easy street parking, never walk far.
- High speed fiber optic internet.
- Nice sized back yard that is great for relaxing or entertaining on a nice day.
- Everything you need is in walking distance. Great restaurants, bars, shopping, etc.
- There's a 7-11 just 1/2 block away and a grocery store is 1 1/2 block for those last minute needs.

About me:
- I'm mid 50's male, work in IT, I often work from home.
- I go to the gym a few times a week.
- I love to travel.
- I have simple healthy meals at home for most meals, but love to dine out too.
- I'm a night owl but respectful of roommates who are not.
- I watch too many movies.
- I'm creative, good with tool, there's not much I can't fix.
- I keep a fairly tidy house for a guy, but I'm not a "dishes must be done immediately" person either.
