I’m Matt. I’m 29 years old and looking for two roommates to share my single family home in Lake Ridge, VA. One Bedroom is 128 sf, with a bay window and en-suite bath and rents for $900. The other bedroom is 171 sf with double closets, hardwood floors and luxury en-suite bath and rents for $1200. House backs to woods and is close to the Occoquan River. Property has a canoe and kayak available for use. Main Level with living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry and sun porch are all shared space. Large patio and deck with hot tub is also shared space. Community has swimming pools and tennis courts. We are 20 minutes from Manassas, and 20 minutes from Springfield Metro. Both rooms will be available in August.
I have my senior dog Simba, and I will be living in the basement. Kitchen/Dining Room/Laundry shared, I dont hang out on the main level. You can smoke weed on the sunporch, anything goes if you are outside.
