1 bedroom for rent in shared townhouse

Hello! My roommate and I are 25 and 30 years old and are looking for a third roommate! I just bought a townhouse a few months ago and I am looking to fill our third room starting in March/April. It will be a minimum 6 month lease!
It is a 2 and a half bath house. I have a 1 car garage and a patio area. One bathroom will be shared between you and my other roommate across the hall from both of your bedrooms. The garage can be used for extra storage space if you need!
The bedroom you would rent out is approximately 10x12 square feet with 10+ feet high ceilings. You also would have your own large closet.
I have one dog, Beau, who is very friendly however, it will probably take meeting him a couple times to get him used to you being around. Therefore, I hope you are okay with a big dog! We also have a cat that is very calm and primarily stays in Lili's room.
I am a first responder and work a night shift schedule. Lili works in education and is usually out of the house between 7 am to 7 pm or even later (workaholic).
We are both very easy going people. We occasionally go out for a drink on the weekends or stay in and binge watch the bachelor :)
I have a washer and dryer, and all utilities (water, electric, wifi and so on) are included in the price listed for rent. Therefore, you will only have to worry about the payment for rent!
