Description of homeowners/situation:

Married couple, both teachers, recently moved into the area looking to rent our extra bedrooms. Our bedroom is on the opposite end of the house with a living room and bonus room separating the hallways for the guest rooms :)

We have a 12 year old dog and 12 year old cat. Both are friendly.

No smoking inside - we do not mind what is utilized on the back porch.

Kitchen and living room is shared. We will make sure kitchen has room for your items :) we also have a freezer in the garage for extra storage.
