$700/month – Single Occupancy Only

We have two private bedrooms available on the third floor of a quiet and family-oriented home. The rooms share one bathroom, which is used only by the two tenants living on that floor. A cleaning schedule will be arranged and shared between both tenants to help keep the bathroom clean and organized.

Our household consists of me, my wife, and our young child living on the upper floors, and a woman with her son living on the first floor. We are looking for respectful, responsible, and quiet individuals who value a peaceful living environment.
