Basement rent

The tenant uses the gate on the back side of the house to get into and out of the
basement. This is not a furnished basement, including rooms are not furnished. The
tenant needs to keep the rooms including bathrooms, kitchenet, living area, hallways
clean and free from any object that restrict movements specially in case of emergency.
The main door is the only emergency exits and the windows in the rooms are not used
for emergency. Tenant needs to be aware of the smoke detectors (wired) and make sure
they are properly working or inform the landlord for assistance. All or part of Security
deposit can be used fix the damage that may caused by tenant.
The Landlord's family with kids live in the house above, STRICTLY NO PETS, NO SMOKING OR Drug OR ALCOHOL, No LOUD MUSIC ON PREMISES.
