Looking for someone to take over my half of my lease. I have the master bedroom in a 2 bed 1.5 bathroom with my own private half bath and walk-in closet. I’m going back to school or else I’d stay in the apartment. It’s close to Bull run and Gainesville where I currently work my two jobs. Rent is $900 and includes gas, water, sewage and trash services.
