Family of four renting furnished, functional, walk-out, above-ground basement that has its own entrance and patio. It has full-sized kitchen and laundry appliances, full bath, spacious den, and two bedrooms which can be rented either separately, or together. THIS offer is to rent one of the two bedrooms, and share the common areas with some other housemate.

The house is located on a large wooded property less than 5 miles from Haymarket, VA. We have ample parking along the driveway, not far from the house.

The house has a very large deck, a screened-in porch, lots of yard and forest to explore. We have a large garden, and a pack of chickens wandering around the property.

We have a large, friendly dog who sleeps in the house and spends his days outside.

We have rented rooms, and even campsites to many people over many years, and have made many life-long friends along the way.

We provide many of the household items you'd find in an Airbnb such as small appliances, dishes, linens (sheets, blankets, towels, etc.) and very limited numbers of supplies.
