The room is very spacious, featuring a comfortable queen-size bed and a large closet. It’s located in the basement with a private entrance and shared bathroom. You’ll also have access to a shared living area and a fully equipped kitchenette with a full-size refrigerator.

There is not pet in the house, you can bring a small or medium size dog.

Utilities are all included in monthly rent.
Month to month rent with 30-day notice.

Only you can come in the house. No drugs, smoking, alcohol, not a party place, just to relax and rest.
