3 Rooms For Rent In Townhouse

3 rooms for rent on top level for up to 4 people.
I will also be living in the house in the basement level.

Townhouse in very nice neighborhood. Community pool/basketball/tennis courts included 1 min walk away. Very close to the 66 exit (but far enough away that there is no highway noise).

Water, gas, electricity, trash, internet, and pool included in the price. No phone and no cable TV.

The main level contains a large kitchen, deck, large living room, and large dining room area that will be shared amongst all tenants and myself.

Shared area contains 2 friendly (one of which is VERY friendly) senior cats. So unfortunately I cannot have any other pets with them.

Master Bedroom: $1600/month (2 people)

Very large 16'x16' bedroom with two 4.5'x8' walk in closets.
Large attached master bath (9.5'x11') with double vanity, large shower, and extra large tub.

Bedroom 1: $800/month (1 person)

Shared areas are furnished. Bedrooms are not, with the exception of an optional king bed the master bedroom has first dibs on.

Renting for up to 4 people, but save $100/month per person less than that (because of less utilities used)
$25/month discount if renting 2 rooms at a time. $50/month discount if renting all 3 rooms instead.
Example: A couple renting all 3 rooms (with the extra two rooms being offices) would save $250/month (2x$100 for 2 less people plus $50 3-room-rental deal).


No drugs, smoking, vaping, or any illegal activity on the property.

No pets, but need to be cat tolerant in the common area.

Since this is a shared space, must pass a background check for the safety of all. Must pay for background check ($35), but the cost will be refunded from the first months rent.

One month rent deposit required at lease signing, refundable on move out.
