Room w/ own full bath

Looking for one or two responsible, respectful, quite type of living, professional(s) to rent a room with private bath. Room can be furnished or unfurnished. Two different bedrooms, both with own bath. Access to common areas (living room, kitchen, laundry). No pets, no kids, no couples. Internet included, but gas, electric & water is split between renter(s) and owner. There is one reserved parking spot available in front of townhouse for a renter to use (included in rent). Community has a pool, tennis/pickleball court, and basketball court (fee to be paid by renter to access the courts as a key is needed to access).
I have two dogs, and this is their home (outside of your rented room & bathroom). Chores are to be shared/mapped out for common areas & trash days. Renter can use owner’s kitchen dishware & appliances. With snow, shared responsibility to shovel sidewalk & parking spaces.
Pictures to show size and layout, but the furniture shown is not what's in the rooms. One room has a small closet which is upstairs, the other does not have a closet but is on the entry level.
I am a professional female who works hybrid. I love food, wine, laughter, and fur-babies. I am pretty easy going, I like to hang out but also like my private time.
