Bedroom for rent

I have a beautiful 2,500 square foot home 3 beds, 3 baths with a two car garage and several out buildings. I am looking to rent one room. The room comes fully furnished unless you prefer to bring your own. You will have to share the full bath with someone but there is a half bath that will be yours as well. There is a linen closet in the hall for your use, you can either use my linens or bring your own. You will also have an office space down the hall if you choose to use it. Your own refrigerator is provided located in the spacious two car garage. You will have your own cabinet space in the kitchen as well, so ou can either use my pots, pans, utensils etc or bring your own. You have access to a decent size laundry room with a shelf to store your items. You have full acccess to the entire main living areas which include living room, dining room and kitchen, these areas rarely get used by me and the other tenant. I have a spacious backyard that is surrounded by nature. The home is located in a nice quiet private neighborhood where if you choose you can ride your bike, four wheeler, go for walks etc . Included in the rent is water, internet, propane for cooking and trash pick up. The only bill that is not included is the electric that will be split amongst us.
