Furnished one bed and private bath for rent in a three bed two bath home. The third bedroom is set up as an office space which is available for remote workers to use. Well behaved and animal friendly pets are welcome.

This is a large historic home in the quiet historic district of Port Norfolk. Hair salons, a pizza shop, a smoke shop, and a convenience store are on or near the same block. Easy access to major roadways and both tunnels. Only 10 minutes away from Olde Towne Portsmouth and downtown Norfolk. The room is furnished with a king sized memory foam mattress, side table, small lamp, large dresser, 43" TV, and a small closet.

Shared spaces include living, dining, kitchen, and in-home washing and drying machine. There are two big windows in the room that allow for plenty of natural light with opaque shades for darkness and privacy. Outdoor smoking only. Large back yard for animals and hanging out and large covered front porch with porch swing for smoking and sipping coffee. The neighbors are very friendly! There are several churches within a block of the home and three parks that are a ten to twenty minute walk away, to include a small beachfront area on the Elizabeth river.

I'm a resident landlord in my early 30s. I have two cats, a dog, and a snake. I'm in the military and I have a second job so I spend long hours outside of the home M-Th. I am quiet and respectful of private spaces, friendly, and clean. I am looking for a woman to rent my spare room who is friendly, respectful, and clean. Please no parties. Occasional overnight guests are okay. This is my home so please be respectful of the space and my belongings.
