Located in the Cavalier Manor neighborhood of Portsmouth, this owner-occupied home offers a comfortable, quiet living space with convenient access to local military installations, major highways, shopping, and restaurants. As an active duty service member, I maintain a clean, respectful, and relaxed home and am looking for roommates who will do the same.

The two available bedrooms are located on the opposite side of the house from the primary bedroom, providing everyone with a little extra privacy. The rooms share a full bathroom situated between them, and tenants will have access to the shared kitchen, living room, laundry, and outdoor spaces.

Rent includes utilities, including electricity, high-speed Wi-Fi, and routine pest control, so there are no additional monthly utility bills to worry about other than water.

I do have pets, so you’ll need to be comfortable living with animals. Pets may be considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on compatibility with the home.
