Private bedroom with a shared double-sink bathroom. On-street parking is available, as the driveway will be used by the homeowner (me). I do have three pets (2 dogs and a cat), so if you have any pet allergies, this would not be a good fit. Preferably looking for a female roommate who is clean, respectful, and communicative.
