Room for rent / w bathroom next door

Hi I am Zee. I am renting out a room in my house to anyone who desires it . It is not much a bed is already in there brand new . You can supply your own sheets and pillows . I have no pets . I do not smoke . I work crazy hours so I’m in and out of the property . Parking is allowed in front of the house . I’m big on communication and as long as you can pay the amount I am good to go . Room is small but comes with a closet and you have the entire bathroom next door all to yourself . Shared kitchen and living room. I’m flexible as long as you are communicating. Hold deposit $75 and rent is $650 plus utilities being $100 so $750 monthly . No washer and dryer they are being ordered and installed in about 2 weeks so that’s the only inconvenience as of now .
