I have one room options available, the second floor option is a large furnished room with a small refrigerator it is $800.00 a month. This is a 3 story five bedroom house, full bath upstairs half bath downstairs, laundry in the garage. It has a huge fenced in backyard, 1.8 ac with have lots of space. I am fairly negotiable on all things. I prefer professionals or active military but I will not simply send anyone away. We should talk before you say yes so we know we can live under the same roof for extended periods. I would prefer males 18 to 70 but I will not simply turn away a female of the same age group. So the words are said, (and It is funny that this must be stated) this is not a live in boyfriend/girlfriend relationships ad.
