Two fully furnished bedrooms with large closets to choose from. Both rooms have installed Roku TVs. One full bathroom for your exclusive use. Home is fully furnished and all common areas are for shared use with me (owner). Large fenced yard with deck and grill/smoker. There will be a garden that you are welcome to share in harvesting. Off street parking and use of garage is negotiable but when I am out of town it’s all yours. I am a professional and travel frequently. You will have the home to yourself approximately 50% of the time. Neighborhood is small, safe, and quiet mostly occupied by original owners who are retired. 10 minutes from Ft. Gregg-Adams and very close to all amenities. Home is protected by Ring Security. No drugs or inside smoking. Gatherings and overnight guests are negotiable and not a concern so long as it’s agreeable in advance. I am easy going and most people would say a really good guy all around.
