My friend Ashlyn, 26WF, and I Dave 55WM are looking to rent out a room to a drama free individual. Willing to negotiate rent with an individual who would be interested in housesitting and upkeep of property and exchange for massive discount. The room available is adjacent to the bathroom on the main level of the house. I can provide a furnished room if needed. Individual must love dogs.
