Renting out a room in the duplex I’m at in Oceanview three bedrooms two baths about 1100 ft.² fenced in backyard and beach access on the street. Rent and utilities together will come out to between 808 150 each month. This can be a month-to-month deal or we can talk to the landlord about making it long-term. I’ve just been here for about four years so I’m a month-to-month now. No pets as I already have two dogs here and they won’t allow a third animal.
