this is a private apartment with a private bathroom, walk-in closet, and a separate washer and dryer.

Built in 2023, this is a large new construction townhome with a separate first floor master suite that I am renting out as a private studio apartment.

The unit shares a main entrance from the garage, and another main entrance in the front.

There are no common living areas. you will have your own private bath accessible only through your private bedroom., as well as a private walk-in closet, brand new refrigerator., and brand new microwave oven. There is no stove/oven or full kitchen.. Seperate Keyed Entrance and seperate keycode for main entrance.

The unit has a separate HVAC control for heating and air-conditioning, I have recently installed a brand new high efficiency washer and dryer for exclusive use of tenant. The washer and dryer is located in the garage just outside the entrance to the studio apartment..

looking for a professional for a 6 to 12 month lease. My wife and I occupy the upstairs., which has been separated from the Studio first floor apartment. The only time you should hear or see us is if we are leaving through the front door or the garage at the same time as you. otherwise, it is completely separate. (we recently finished a construction project to completely separate upstairs from downstairs.

add $150 per month for couples (to cover additional energy and water usage)

The room can come furnished or unfurnished. The bed and mattress are brand new, never been used from IKEA. A brand new 50 inch smart TV has been mounted on the wall . Microwave and refrigerator are new as well as the included linens. If you don’t want the existing furnishings, I will remove.

Cox Wifi included. individual thermostat control.(within reason.) private use of the washer dryer..

I parked my car in the garage, but there is separate street parking as well as a private parking lot.
