Norfolk/House near airport, prefer military

I have 1 bedroom w/ 1 private bath available for a respectful, quiet house mate. Military preferred 30's or older but open to options. I am not a partier, smoker, alcoholic, addict, drama and attitude free for the same.

All utilities and internet included. Dep. negotiable.

My house is a nicely maintained and renovated mid-century single family home, 4 bedroom 2.5 ba. in a quiet, safe neighborhood with street or driveway parking. Pending a current roommate who will be leaving when they can find a place to live, Im the only one who lives here besides a 2 yo cocker spaniel and a cat. The cat may be going with them. Shared laundry and kitchen. You supply your own household needs. If you plan to cook at home, you need your own kitchen stuff and you need to clean up behind yourself.

A couple things to highlight in order for this to be successful:

I enjoy my peace and quiet after work. Let's respect each others quiet time.

I rarely have overnight guests. Lets discuss visitors in advance, yours or mine. :-)

Please, no clutter outside your room. If you have a ton of stuff, you might need a storage unit. There is not a garage here, but I do have some outdoor storage.

I have a clean house and don't like cleaning up behind someone, esp. in the kitchen.

Other than that, Im very easy to get along with.
