Hello! My name is Taylor im 24 years old and i have a female roommate whos name is Lex and is 28 :). They are responsible with rent, clean, and also very considerate of the shared space. im trying to move out of my apt but need to find a replacement for the remainder of the lease! I would be moving out in a month or so and there would be 7ish months left on the current lease we have, which ends in February of 2025. The room is a nice size its the smaller room of the apt but its not too small and the lighting is so great lol (it has floor to ceiling windows) and its on the first floor as well. Its 750 a month and the complex is really peaceful and maintenance is great as well as the office here!
