Partner and I have a large home, lots of space. Clean, minimalistic, rustic farm ranch house. Large kitchen, two large living rooms. Lots of room for parking. Two dining areas. Large garden, patio, and back yard, garage. You would have your own private room, on the opposite side with your own bathroom. Beautiful neighborhood near Little Creek base (5min), Ocean View beach (5 min), Chicks Beach (6 min), and airport (5min). Lots of peace and quiet. Looking for a responsible, caring, compassionate, and mature roommate. We are respectful and look for the same. We would prefer to get to know each other in a public space (restaurant maybe) for some time before to talk over things, preferences, expectations, etc. and get to know each other! We speak English, Spanish, Portuguese, and Italian fluently. Are military affiliated, and one of us is currently studying.
