Private ROOM (ROOM RENTAL) with private bathroom in a shared/co-living home with access to kitchen, laundry facilities, and common areas. Utilities & Wifi included.

RENTAL QUALIFICATIONS: Verifiable gross household income of at least 3× the applicable monthly rent is required. All adults (18+) who will reside in the home must separately complete pre-qualification and required screening. Credit, rental history, criminal history, and other applicable screening criteria are reviewed. A qualified guarantor may be considered when applicable and must separately qualify and complete required documentation.

OCCUPANCY & RENT: Advertised rent is for one occupant. Maximum occupancy is two persons. If approved for two-person occupancy, monthly rent is 15% higher than the advertised single-occupancy rent, and the household must meet the 3× income requirement based on the higher applicable rent.

POLICIES: No smoking or vaping. No-pets policy. Reasonable accommodation requests for assistance animals are reviewed separately in accordance with applicable fair-housing requirements. Renters insurance is required before move-in.

APPLICATION PROCESS: Pre-qualification → showing → assistance-animal accommodation review, if applicable → paid rental application & screening → approval → lease execution → security deposit & required move-in funds.
