Cozy bedroom on second floor of 2 story townhouse with walk in closet. Private bathroom with double sink vanity and bathtub/shower. You pretty much have the whole upstairs to yourself including a nice sized loft area which will be semi shared. I have a mattress for your room if interested and can work out other furniture if you need help with furnishing. I am looking for someone that enjoys their own privacy and space. I like to keep to myself when I'm at home. The stairs are right when you walk into the front door, so your own space awaits you without having to walk through the house. The kitchen is shared on the first floor. Location is nice in the Oakmont community. You will have access to your own pool pass! We are a part of two HOA’s that include a community pool, lawn service, trash& recycling. I will be covering all HOA fees ($250/M). Shopping stop a short 4-minute drive with Exxon gas station, Dairy Queen, Italian & a Chinese restaurant, nail salon, spa &more. Food lion 9 minutes away and a local favorite Mexican restaurant. Thrift stores and yoga are also close by. Also, a few wineries nearby. Local gym 8 minutes away. All new appliances and pretty much fully equipped. Utilities are split evenly between us. I am very mindful of water, electricity usage. Wi-Fi is split I pay $60 you pay $20. I have a sweet 5 pound chihuahua. She does not always stay at my house. I work M-F.
