Room for rent in the cozy town of Chase City! A couple blocks from Main St but still tucked away. Pool shooters welcome! It’s a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom, 2,600 square feet. The house has a basement with a bathroom, laundry room, and pool table. It sits on two acres and has a 1/2 basketball court. Your bedroom is on the first floor between the living room and the kitchen right next to the downstairs (yours) bathroom. There is an area for a garden and outbuildings if you need storage as well. The room is currently furnished but I can take the stuff out if you prefer. Balcony and deck are great spots for your first cup of coffee or your last cocktail. I have a couple freezers for food. 20 minutes to clarcksville and all that terrific fishing. I’m a 39 year old male and I am the only other person that will be at the house regularly. Sometimes I’ll have my daughter, my mom, or my dog over, sometimes all at once. I’m sort of living in Chase City and sort of living in Prince George so you’ll have plenty of space. I’m easy enough to get along with. The most important thing to me in any arrangement is respect. We treat each other with respect and we’ll get along great. I’m looking for a responsible adult human, man or woman is fine. Month to month for now but looking for long term. $500 deposit.
