Looking for a solid guy who is respectful, clean, and overall a responsible tenant and housemate to rent a room in my townhouse. The townhouse is in a great location super close to downtown Leesburg and is basically right off N (like min from Costco!!). The room has its own bath and is $ per month not including utilities. Utilities will be split amongst all the renters (so ways which makes it pretty cheap), and the lease would be a year long.
