You control your own heating and cooling. Mini-fridge, microwave and 40 in flat-screen TV provided for your use. Full size bed (no linens), desk and chair. Stand-up shower, no bathtub. You will not have access to the main house laundry or kitchen (town center is 2 miles away with dry cleaner, movie theater and restaurants). In addition, this family friendly neighborhood gives you access to a pool, workout facility and two miles of wooded trails. You may park in the driveway or community center parking lot 75 yards away.

There is no access to public transportation, however metro is in Ashburn which is about 7 miles away. Located 2 miles from Brambleton Town Center (movies, gym, Harris Teeter, Peets Coffee, public library, restaurants). Approximately 5 miles to the Greenway and 12 miles to Dulles Airport. Also, I do not allow pets or smoking.

Neighborhood is very family-oriented. Access to community pool and workout facility also included. security deposit is required ($300).
