We’re all adults with our own busy lives, so privacy and personal space are absolutely respected. At the same time, I’d like everyone who lives here to feel welcomed, comfortable, and part of the household, not just like a renter with a key.

The home is well-maintained, peaceful, and conveniently located near shopping, restaurants, and major commuting routes. Common areas and utilities are shared, and everyone is expected to do their part to keep the home clean and pleasant.
