Unit is apartment home, two-story. Unit is on the group floor.

Room is large bedroom with large closet and private bathroom. Living room and kitchen are shared. Has in-apartment washer, dryer, and dishwasher.

I am interested primarily in a roommate who will sign on for the next 12 month lease beginning at the start of June. However, a roommate can be added to the lease at any time, and the room is currently available so you could move in sooner.

The apartment has a cat, and may have a dog in the future.

Monthly rent includes utilities, electricity, and internet. My prior arrangement was to provide the monthly bill and split it in half, and the roommate sent me their half and I paid the bills. I am willing to work out other arrangements as you are comfortable.
