Hi all!! I have one bedroom that is available for rent. It is fully renovated, with new paint, floors, etc. It has extra storage closets next to the room/ bathroom. Looking for someone to start renting by January 1st, 2025!

I’m looking for ALL female roommates, preferably students (like me). The house is located on Ward Rd., Glen Allen VA 23059. I’m located ~14 mins away from Scott’s Addition in Richmond and ~20 mins away from VCU. I live super close to Reynold’s community College as well (less than 10 mins).

- Rent: $800

- 🔌 Utilities INCLUDED!! (Water, Electricity, + Wi-Fi)

- House has a Kitchenette (2nd floor) + full kitchen downstairs

- Extra bed frames, + mattresses and other furnishings available on request for students!! (I have a lot of extra things that I can place in the room if you’d like for no extra charge)

- Extra storage space next to bathroom and room (shown in pictures below) for your use!

- Close to I-95 and Route 1!!! Safe area with a lot of nearby grocery stores, restaurants, and stores.

EXTRA DETAILS:

No pets allowed... I love animals but I have a senior cat (11 wise years) that will be living in the house and he is very shy and was raised an only child- he can’t be around other cats/dogs. He is very sweet though and loves pets.
