Hi all! I'm moving for my job and unfortunately need to leave behind my beautiful apartment.

It's right downtown, across the street from the pickleball and tennis courts. It's a 15 minute walk to downtown and a 20-minute walk to the Amtrak/VRE.

The rent would be $1525. You would be responsible for paying electric (average $25), gas (average $25), and internet (mine was $60) monthly. Pets are allowed for $50/pet monthly. It's 750 sqft/

You would need to meet the minimum requirements for renting which include a 675 credit score and make 3x the rent in gross income. Unfortunately my landlord does not allow co-signers.

My unit is the only unit in the building renovated. I've been here over 2 years and have loved it. Reach out if you have any questions!
