You essentially get half the house — your own room and private bath, plus full run of the shared common areas. Your room: bright and carpeted, neutral walls, a large window with blinds, a good closet, and its own central heat/air vent. It's unfurnished so you can set it up your way — but there's already a dresser and TV you're welcome to use, and I can add a few pieces if you need them. Your private bathroom: full tub/shower, granite-top vanity, and a big mirror — yours alone. Shared areas: open-concept great room and a modern kitchen with granite counters, an island, and stainless appliances; luxury-vinyl-plank floors and lots of natural light. The household: I work from home full-time, so it's quiet and low-traffic during the day. Two small, friendly dogs (about 20 lbs each) — being comfortable around dogs is a must. Non-smoking indoors. The deal: $1,000/month plus a share of the utilities (electricity, water, gas, internet, trash) — roughly $1,200/month all-in. The deposit is one month ($1,000) and I'm flexible on splitting it over your first month or two. Available now, month-to-month. Off-street parking (garage or driveway) included. The area: quiet, newer subdivision with sidewalks and community green space; the backyard backs onto an open field with no rear neighbors — great for dog walks.
