Looking for roommate

I'm renting at the Aspen Apartments, and need to have a new roommate to be signed on by the end of May, or I have to move out. This contract is for a year, I cannot afford to rent month-to-month.

It's a small, quiet apartment. I currently have a cat, who I am kitty-sitting as her owner (my old roommate) can't keep her where she is currently.

* Parking
* Washer and dryer
* AC and heating
* You will be moving into the secondary bedroom (I'm in the master bedroom).
* Will have your own full bathroom, including a comfortable tub
* Internet
* Bottom level
* Unfortunately we do not have a patio

I am currently covering internet costs, and it would be appreciated if you could cover the electric bill, which is about $100 a month and about the same as the internet.

The water bill is included in the monthly rent and is usually about $25

* Gym on-site as well as pool

I am a single female, trying desperately to find work after being out of it for a few months.

I do have some health problems. I am not the cleanest, but I do my best. I have pretty much everything covered in the kitchen except for a coffee maker.

I am LBGTQ friendly and am a non-smoker (if you smoke, you HAVE to go outside). I am quiet usually, and pretty much stay to myself most of the time.

I am quiet and do require a quiet environment. The walls are thin and I get migraines easily from loud noises and bass.

I like art, history, culture, gaming, reading, and am very open-minded.

The kitty is very sweet (though has had some bladder issues since we got her) and is a rescue from the area we have had for over 5 years. She is a little goofball and very opinionated.

I do have furniture and boxes I am trying to get through, so the living room and dining room are not the most tidy at the moment, I lost my mom and my grandparents, and I don't have anywhere to put things, but I'm trying.
