It's also have space for dining and living room. All utilities (water, gas, electricity, and high speed internet ) are included.
Everything separate except washer and dryer. You never need to go upstairs. The water heater, air handler, and washer and dryer are downstairs, so we need to go down there occasionally. Otherwise, it's pretty much a separate unit.
