Looking for a private and quiet but fun place to live in Vienna, Virginia? Our place is walking distance to the Dunn Loring metro station, W&OD trail, downtown Vienna and Merrifield proper. For rent is the primary bedroom suite in Vienna Virginia. You have a large 17'X13' room, an attached 10'X10' office, and a connected ensuite bathroom with a deep jacuzzi style soaking tub, two sinks and separate shower. The shared space has two living rooms, a dining room, kitchen, laundry and we also share a large backyard.
We also all share a guest bedroom.

We are looking for one creative and social human to join us. We could fill the house with more people, but we choose to pay slightly more to have more space so that each person has their own bathroom and there are a manageable amount of people sharing the fridge. Rent is $1400 plus utilities and WIFI. Security deposit is an additional $1400. Available June 1st. Our lease allows one additional adult. One dog considered on a case by case basis.
