About the Location: The townhouse is in a very convenient, quiet and nice location in Vienna and is only 5 minutes from Tysons Corner Mall, I-495, I-66, Orange line (Dunn Loring) & Silver Line (Tysons Corner) metro stations and there are lots of restaurants nearby. There is also a bus station right outside the community and it is only 1-2 stops away from the Metro stations (in case you don't have a car).
About the room: renovated private bedroom with Shared renovated full bathroom, closet, FiOS Internet high speed are included in the rent. The shared bathroom is shared with only one person.
No limitation on parking.

One month's rent required as a deposit and credit check required. The leasing contract is month to month.
