Short Term Lease Roommate
Updated to February 15th move in. Half rent that month
We’re looking for a roommate to come live with a family of 3 in a Vienna Townhouse starting February 15th at $1600 a month (slightly negotiable). My wife would prefer a female because we have a daughter if possible. We are in our mid 30's and our friend is moving out after 3 years with us, and our lease runs to the end of August. This quiet and safe neighborhood is perfect for walks, and close enough to DC for work. The location is super convenient, with close access to multiple metro stations, tons of grocery stores, and a wide variety of great food spots nearby.

The available room is the Master Bedroom, which is a spacious private room with a walk-in closet and its own bathroom that includes both a bathtub and a shower, offering plenty of space to be comfortable. There is also shared storage space available if needed.

The house is shared with a family (military backgrounds so this isn't new to us), with common areas including the kitchen and living room. If you’re looking for a comfortable place in a great area with easy access to food, transit, and shopping, this could be a great fit. All utilities we will cover (Gas, Electric, Water, Wifi, Trash).
