The room is available on September 1st for 900.00 plus utilities. The utilities are split three ways and average about 120-150 a month each. Heavier electricity in the summer and gas in the winter. Water is paid for on a quarterly basis and runs ~200.00.

I am 70 years old and retired from CACI four months ago. Retired from the Federal Government in 2011 from DISA. The other roommate will be living across from you; he is still working for DHA and is 73. You will have full access to the living room, kitchen and laundry room, which is downstairs in the basement. It's quiet here.

No commercial vehicles are allowed per HOA policy.

The townhouse backs up to a beautiful creek and trees. There is a walking path adjacent to the townhouses. We have a deck adjacent to the kitchen.

You have a microwave, refrigerator and color tv in your room. I rent this townhouse from my ex-wife, so she will be the one you sign a one-year lease with. You will also be able to park in the driveway, since my other roommate likes to park down the street. I have purchased a new mattress pad, fantastic bamboo sheets (amazing) and a new bedspread and pillows for the bed. It's full size.

No smoking in the house, but ok on the deck.
