Hey friends! My name is Kamilah, and I’m looking for one roommate (male or female — open to both!) to share this lovely townhouse in Springfield, VA.

📍 Location:
Located right off Alban Road, about 10 minutes from Springfield Mall and roughly 30 minutes from DC. There’s also a bus stop directly in front of the house that goes straight to the metro station, plus tons of nearby food and shopping options.

• Full-size kitchen
• Full laundry room with plenty of storage
• Shared access to all 3 floors
• Basement space available for you to use however you’d like
• The home comes fully furnished — you’d only need to furnish your bedroom!

💰 Rent:
$1,275/month + utilities
(Utilities are typically around $100/month extra.)

Please note: rent is non-negotiable since we would be splitting the home 50/50, and both names will be on the lease for a one-year term.

🐶 Pets:
I do have a small Chihuahua who’s super friendly and loves both people and animals. I’m open to dogs, cats, or even reptiles — I’d just want the pets to meet beforehand to make sure everyone gets along smoothly.
