There are hiking trails, tennis courts, and a summer pool open to all residents! Let me know when you’d like a video tour of the property. My roomie is moving in with family to save money, so I am now looking for her replacement. I will miss her, so I want someone with a similar vibe of personal space and privacy.

I’m 43, work from home, and I have 2 dogs (bulldog and a mini-poodle). I am usually in my home office working or in my bedroom. I cook in the kitchen every night from 5pm-6pm, and I have a regimented, routine life around my dog’s walks and feeding times. I’m hoping for someone with a pretty similar routine on weekdays/ weekends. I have a bbq in the fenced in backyard–feel free to cook on it anytime during the summer (or winter). Let’s chat!
