Robert and Kenara looking for a roommate

The room is a nice 12x12 space with a full bathroom just outside the room when you turn the corner. There’s a large window that gets plenty of sunlight and there’s a nice and roomy closet as well! There are only two parking spots for the townhouse itself but there is plenty of visitor parking on a regular basis and, worst comes to worst, there’s also usually plenty of street parking.

The area is nice and quiet right off of the Fairfax County Parkway exit on 95 in the Saratoga neighborhood. There’s a shopping center within walking distance with a Giant and a bunch of restaurants and there’s a Costco about 2 minutes away. Basically anything you’d need is about a 10 minute drive in any direction and you also have relatively easy access to Route 1, the Springfield Mall and Franconia-Springfield Metro Station and the Lorton VRE.

Robert is an outgoing music teacher and he has students who come to the house throughout the week, usually during the afternoon/evening hours. They just take lessons in the front room and don’t go anywhere else in the house. He’s in one of the two master bedrooms on the top floor. He tends to keep mostly to himself at home and likes to keep public spaces neat and tidy.

Kenara works for the government but despite that fact she manages to maintain a positive and outgoing attitude as well. She will be taking the other master bedroom on the third floor and she has a three-legged cat named Shark Bait (ooh-ha-ha!). She also likes to keep things neat and tidy and is hoping, along with Robert, that we can all get along and keep the place clean and be timely with the rent!
