Shared kitchen, bathroom, living/dining room, laundry, and yard. The house is in a quiet, tree filled Reston Association (RA) neighborhood with easy access to trails, pool, tennis court and lakes. Male renter preferred as the other 3 tenants are male and you will be sharing a bathroom. Renters can apply for free RA passes that provide unlimited access to Reston’s pools, tennis, and pickleball courts. Fairfax Connector and RIBS buses nearby connect to both Wiehle Reston East and Reston Town Center Silver Line Metro stations, making it straightforward to reach Tysons, Arlington, downtown DC and Dulles airport without a car.
