Full time hybrid 9-5 and part time dog sitting offsite (away from home), but dogs occasionally drop by with me (usually 17 y/o fur nephew)
Enjoy hiking, yoga, reading, writing, music, shows, stand-up, chocolate, whisky, occasional smoking (outside)
Loves Christina’s cooking <3 and also cooks but less often

Lease Details
Move-in date: July 31st
Potential flexibility to move items in earlier, depending on current roommate status
Lease length: 1 year
Security deposit: 1 month’s rent
Must be added to the lease
Background check required
Rental insurance required

Rent: $1,600/month

Willing to help maintain a calm, clean, respectful home environment
