Access to in home shared laundry. Under stairs storage space.

Will also have community access to abundant walking/jogging trails, basketball, volleyball, and tennis courts. Close to Kingstowne Town Center, Fort Belvoir, newly renovated Springfield Mall, Hilltop Village for wonderful food and shopping…such as Wegmans. About a 15 minute, or less, walk to Franconia-Springfield Metro Station and a local bus that goes to Metro station from the subdivision on weekdays. I ride my bike and it takes 3-5 minutes. Additionally, Metro has access to the VRE commuter rail, and Metro parking lot. 

We (the owners) will be living in the upper two floors with our dog.

We are looking for someone who is independent, clean, responsible, and easy going and considerate of others. Based on the size of the space, it is ideal for ONE person. Preference for someone who does not work remotely since we do. No pets or inside smoking allowed. Please note that we can't accommodate requests to bring your own furniture.

Rent+all utilities is $1,500 a month. We offer high speed internet and access to YouTube TV on one device, using your own email as access. Will require a security deposit (equal to one month rent). Minimum 6 month stay but we strongly prefer at least a year. Free parking! Available for move-in 02/15/2023. A must see.
