Single Room in 6 bed house in Falls Church

A recently renovated One bedroom and full bath available in a large single-family home. New carpets, and bathroom!

The room measures approximately 12' x 11'. It has a closet, full length mirrored sliding doors, two full-sized windows, and a ceiling light. Full newly renovated bathroom in the hallway shared with one other guy roommate. This room is best suited for one occupant only. No pets, please!

House amenities include a new kitchen, tv room, laundry room, and high speed wifi internet. Roommates have a full-size fridge to themselves as well as pantry space. There is ample free street parking.

We are a family of four plus 1 short-haired friendly cat. The cat is confined to the ground floor non-carpeted areas and isn’t permitted to enter bedrooms.

House is located in Falls Church, inside the beltway, near route 50 and Annandale Road (about 3 miles away from 495/66). Nearest metro is 3 miles away (East Falls Church metro stop) and the metro bus stops right in front of the house. Close to major shopping areas, and a Giant and CVS are located within a 15-minute walk or 5-minute drive.

Cost of room is $850 including utilities. Room available immediately but move-in date is flexible. We prefer someone who can commit to a one-year lease after which we can go month to month. A deposit of $850 will also be required to secure the lease and can be refunded at the end of lease following a clean inspection.
