Hi everyone, my name is Jemal and I just moved out of my apartment. Its a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. I am looking for someone to take over my part of the lease. The price is really good for the size, quality and location of the apartment. Here is the info:

Address: 6129 Leesburg Pike Falls Church, VA 22041 (Munson Hill towers)
Price: $1006 per month + utilities (around $70 per month)
Lease period: Now until November 25, 2026 with option to renew

You will be getting your own private bedroom and bathroom. This is a 2 bed, 2 bath apartment so you will be sharing the kitchen and living room with my former roommate. Washer and dryer in unit.

About the roommate: Graduated with a masters degree from George Washington university, and loves sports along with the great outdoors, especially weight lifting and video editing. He is a chill but definitely social guy. He works from the office 4 days a week, and likes to keep the apartment tidy. The apartment is usually quiet as there are not much guests coming to the apartment.

The room is furnished with a bed spring, nightstand, optional desk and drawer + mirror, so all you need is a matress. If you dont want these items they can be removed as well.
The kitchen also has all the items needed to cook and eat food.
